Your application or diagnostic request
For an application, we collect your name, contact and campus email addresses, existing PAS account status, country, time zone, role, skills, proposed project, goals, equipment, availability and ability to participate in English. A work sample and additional constraints are optional; if you provide a work sample, describe your contribution. We verify email ownership with short-lived codes. These details help us assess fit and prepare your path. Do not submit confidential material, sensitive personal information or work you do not have permission to share.
Your request is used to reply, assess fit and discuss relevant program options. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries where that basis is appropriate. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Requests are reviewed by authorized members of our team. There is no automated admission decision. Your information is not automatically sent to partner brands. If another service is relevant, we discuss that next step with you.
Recipients and retention
Authorized team members and necessary hosting and email providers can process your request. Diagnostic messages may be delivered to the team's mailbox. Applications and internal review notes are encrypted and stored in our private application, accessible to authorized reviewers. Verification emails contain codes, not your project brief. SkillPlate is used for campus accounts, orders and learning access when the corresponding enrollment steps are enabled; submitting an application alone does not create a campus enrollment. We retain exchanges for the time needed to respond and follow up, then only where necessary to meet legal retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Website and form security
The hosting provider processes technical connection information, including IP address, time, browser and requested resources, to deliver and secure the website. Its published policy provides for one year of retention for the relevant technical identification and traffic data.
The form uses server-side validation, a hidden anti-spam field, session verification and request limits. The necessary fsp-contact and __Host-fsp_apply session cookies support form security and expire at the end of the browser session. Application form sessions are valid for two hours. Verification codes expire after 30 minutes and allow a limited number of attempts. Request limits use protected hashes of IP or email addresses, contain no project text and expire within one hour; expired entries are removed on the next request.
No external CAPTCHA, advertising pixel or audience analytics is loaded by this website. The private preview service can use separate access and authentication mechanisms.
Language and currency preference
Your browser languages select the initial display language. A manual choice is stored locally as fsp-language for 180 days. English shows USD; French, Spanish and German show EUR. These are fixed market prices, not a live currency conversion. You can change the setting in the language menu or remove it by clearing this site's browser data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the email above. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
